What brings you here

You understand the pattern.
It still keeps happening.

You may be managing well by other people’s measures. You may already have been in therapy. And yet a familiar difficulty keeps returning: withdrawing when someone gets close, feeling on edge, needing reassurance that never quite lasts.

My work brings together psychodynamic, attachment-based and relational thinking, informed by minority stress. We pay attention to your history and to how it is being lived in the present.

You do not need a diagnosis, a crisis, or a perfectly formed account of what is wrong to begin.

Space to understand.

What to expect

We start with
your story.

01 / Book

Choose a time.

Book directly through the calendar. You will receive the session details and a client agreement covering fees, cancellations and confidentiality.

02 / Meet

An honest first conversation.

The first session lasts 60 minutes. We explore what brings you here, relevant history, and whether working together feels appropriate.

03 / Continue

Find a rhythm together.

Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients begin weekly. We review the frequency and the direction of the work as it develops.

Practical questions

Where is therapy available?

I offer online therapy to clients in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Greece, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal and South Africa. In South Africa, I practise under HPCSA registration. All sessions are in English.

Do I need to prepare for the first session?

No formal preparation is needed. Bring what is on your mind, even if you are unsure how to explain it. The first session is an assessment and a chance to consider the fit.

How long will we work together?

Therapy is open-ended, with no minimum commitment. We discuss what you need and review the work together.

Are sessions confidential?

Sessions are confidential within professional and applicable legal limits. The client agreement explains those limits before we begin.

What if I live outside the countries you serve?

Coaching is available worldwide for suitable non-clinical goals. It does not replace therapy or provide treatment where clinical support is needed. Read the coaching page to understand the distinction.

Is this a crisis service?

No. This practice does not provide emergency or acute crisis care. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For urgent support, contact a local crisis service or healthcare professional.
