Coaching / Available worldwide

A more
deliberate life.

Focused work on the patterns in your relationships, identity and direction. For when you want structure, honest reflection and a way to put insight into practice.

Who this is for

Where you are.
What comes next.

You may keep finding yourself in the same dating dynamic. You may have built a successful life that no longer feels like yours. Or you may have done therapy and now want a focused setting for a particular area of development.

We identify the pattern or goal, agree where to focus, and return to what is happening in your life between sessions. The work combines conversation, reflection and accountability.

Coaching has a different purpose from psychotherapy. If a clinical need becomes apparent, we name it and discuss appropriate support or referral. Your location alone does not determine whether coaching is suitable.

Room for a different direction.

Before booking

Can we work together from the US or Canada?

Yes. Coaching is available worldwide, including the US, Canada, Germany and France. Sessions are in English and take place online.

What happens in the intake?

We spend 60 minutes exploring your goal or recurring pattern, your circumstances and whether coaching is the right setting. You do not need to commit to a longer arrangement before that conversation.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy is clinical work with emotional and relational difficulties. Coaching is non-clinical work on development, goals and patterns. It does not diagnose, treat mental health conditions or replace appropriate clinical care.

What happens between sessions?

The arrangements include written support between sessions, alongside weekly conversations and a focus for the month. The specific working boundaries are agreed when we begin.
