Find a rhythm together.

Therapy continues in 50-minute sessions, usually weekly. Coaching continues as a three- or six-month arrangement if it suits you both.

Choosing your starting point

I’m not sure which type of work I need.

Therapy is clinical work with emotional and relational difficulties, such as anxiety, shame, loneliness or a relationship pattern that keeps returning. It is open-ended, €135 per session (£115 in the UK), and available in the UK, Ireland, selected European countries and South Africa.

Coaching is non-clinical work towards goals you can already name, in identity, relationships or personal development. It runs for three or six months at a monthly fee in US dollars, and is available worldwide. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

If what you are carrying feels hard to put into words, or keeps coming back however well you understand it, therapy is usually the better place to start. The first appointment for either includes a discussion of suitability.

Will I need to explain everything before booking?

No application or preliminary call is required. Choose a time through the appropriate calendar. We explore your circumstances in the first session.

What if I need urgent support?

This practice is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Otherwise, a local crisis line or healthcare professional can help you find urgent support.
